Belief in self is one of the most pivotal things that the CEO of the company Cecilia Robinson believes in most. Another thing that is very much present leadership style of Cecilia is conviction. She has always praised all her business partners like her husband, Nadia Lim and others. She confessed in the interview that she had suffered personal losses over the last 16 months as a result of two pregnancy losses (George, 2003).
